SCOPE: – 6 New Build Terrace Homes
Full set of drawings and documents required for planning submission under a full planning application. This included proposed materials, 3D visuals, proposed drainage and all detailing to comply with Nottingham Councils Supplementary Planning Guidance and Local Plans. Once planning permission approved, production of full detailed building regulation drawings ready for tender and costing from builder.

DESIGN FEATURES: Kitchen/Diner – Large Living Room – 3 Bedrooms – Bathroom – Electrical Vehicle Charging Points – Timber Cladded Design Feature – Downstairs WC – Eco Friendly Heating System – Sustainable Drainage System

THE RESULTS: Planning approved with no pre-commencement conditions so the client could start the technical drawings and build process immediately. 6 new build properties valued at roughly 1.2M with properties retained for the client’s family.
